5月20日，这个充满爱的日子里，华美外国语学校为教育人举办一场教育盛宴。中国基础教育界著名“书生校长”、教育学博士、全国著名特级教师、特级校长、华东师大特聘教授、上海金茂教育集团总校长程红兵先生莅临华美外国语学校，开办一场《做一个专业的教育人》现代教育专题讲座。

On May 20th, this loving day, Huamei Foreign Language School held an educational feast for educators.

罗湖区教育局郭天明副局长、李米莎处长，罗湖区教科院姚跃涌副院长，深圳市金安教育集团创始人陈胜坚先生出席活动；罗湖区部分公办学校校长、民办学校负责人，龙华区、福田区、市外语学校等骨干教师代表以及金安教育集团领导及下属的学校校长、幼儿园园长，华美外国语学校行政人员、教师代表、家委会成员等共130多人聆听讲座，现场进行互动交流。

郭副局长强调，民办教育是中国社会主义教育事业的重要组成部分，近来，罗湖区制定了民办教育高质量发展的实施意见，计划在3-5年里，打造罗湖区民办教育优质、高端、国际特色。

郭副局长表示，教育大咖程红兵先生莅临高端的华美外国语学校指导，是一个非常难得的机会，希望给罗湖教育人带来意外收获。

Deputy Director Guo said that it was a rare opportunity for Mr. Cheng Hongbing, an educator, to come to the high-end Huamei Foreign Language School for guidance, hoping to bring unexpected gains to educators in Luohu.

一个半小时的讲座，程红兵博士高瞻远瞩的教育观，贴地而行的高效讲解，让现场教育人全神贯注、意犹未尽，享受着这场营养丰富的教育精神盛宴。

Dr. Cheng Hongbing's far-sighted view of education and his efficient explanation on the spot made the educators on the spot pay close attention and enjoy this nutritious feast of educational spirit.

程博士的观点，做一个专业的教育人，专业的基本视角就是要认清大局，既要见微知著，更要居高临下。为此，他从三个方面进行阐述：一、如何看待未来社会；二、如何看待当下教育；三、如何确定教育目标。

According to Dr. Cheng, to be a professional educator, the basic professional perspective is to recognize the overall situation clearly, not only to see the micro-knowledge, but also to be condescending.

未来20年，60%的职业将会消失，根据牛津、耶鲁共同研究预测：2021年底，洗衣店店员失业；2022年，专职游戏玩家失业；2023年，速记员失业；2024年，接线员、低级程序员失业；2025年，播音员失业；2026年，口语翻译失业......2059年，大学教授失业；2060年，人类的一半工作将被AI替代。因此，未来世界具有三大趋势：不对称性、复杂性和不确定性，需重新定义知识、学习、教育和目标。

There are three major trends in the future world: asymmetry, complexity and uncertainty. Knowledge, learning, education and goals need to be redefined.

程博士根据联合国教科文组织发布、世界银行旗舰报告，世界经合组织发布的报告，美国的核心素养——6C（创造力与想象力、批判性思维与问题解决、沟通、合作、品质教育、公民的权利和义务），中国核心素养、世界知名教育专家学者的观点等，认为未来我们应该培养“智慧的学生”，即能提出问题、表达有力的观点、能概括抽象的东西、能演绎推理、寻找课题、长于出击、运用知识、善于发明、长于猜想、善于反思和反省。

当下，我们大部分家长喜欢的学生是“聪明的孩子”，他们能够知道答案、带着兴趣去听、能理解别人的意思、能抓住要领、完成作业、乐于接受、吸收知识、善于操作、长于记忆、喜欢自己学习。

程博士指出，为应对未来变化，学校要培养智慧的学生，需创造高人文性的教育，构建高选择性的课程，培育未来性的公民，培养学生具备知识整合能力、高阶思维能力和跨文化理解力。

In order to cope with future changes, schools should cultivate intelligent students, create highly humanistic education, construct highly selective courses and cultivate future citizens.

姚跃涌副院长评价，程红兵博士的讲座内容精干，目中有人，方法精准，心中有数，给我们的专业成长指明了方向。教师若没有诗心，便难以感受教育的生动有趣；教师若没有匠心，教育教学难以出成绩、出成果；每一个教师要成为经师、学问之师，都应该具有浓厚的本专业学术兴趣，具有高学问的专业素养，具有对本专业的独特认知与理解。研读教材有绝活，教学设计有绝招，教学功夫有绝技。我们要成为有尊严的教师、学科代言人，成为一本学生百读不厌的大书。

姚副院长建言罗湖的教育人，我们应立足新时代，站在新起点，怀着诗心与匠心行走在教育之路上，在规范中落实，在融合中创新，携手促进教育教学质量提升，共同为罗湖教育的高质量发展努力。

Yao, vice president, suggested that educators in Luohu should base themselves on the new era, stand at a new starting point, and walk on the road of education with teacher's heart and ingenuity.

Principal
Wang Manying introduced the gorgeous idea of running a school, core literacy, management structure, curriculum system and development goals, and extended a warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to Dr. Cheng Hongbing, the famous president of basic education in China, for coming to Huamei for guidance.
